Hali has taken a long break from art & starting again feels somehow more natural this time around.

Hali’s story is a bit unusual. Her art was never her main job, but it was very much part of her life. For several years she did commissions & sold in art galleries, only to abruptly stop in 2013.

As a coach & researcher she spent every waking hour working on mobility training, coaching & developing CPD courses.

These courses now teach other athletes, coaches & beginner gym goers about joint function, mobility training methods & …blending the art of mobility training with strength training.

Art is something always wanted to make more time for.

Not knowing how her back & hand would cope (as this is where her nerve damage was), she didn’t expect to really get back to painting at all. Or at least not for a while due to her busy work schedule. However, getting sick with mould exposure in 2026 strangely required so much more down time to recover, that suddenly painting seemed like the right thing to do.

This last difficult year brought a very welcome surprise that she could indeed paint again & is now working hard to block out time to do more.

Here are some works & commissioned pieces that have already sold.
